• We plan and manage the logistics of all group movements including manifests taking into account safety concerns, timing requirements,
  service level, and financial factors.
• We can create, communicate and manage timelines for all events/activities and successfully execute all of the program elements.
• We will negotiate costs and components of vendor services, ensuring they have all the necessary licenses, permits, insurance requirements, safety training, dress code and personnel to execute their service at the desired
  level. Once the contracts are executed we will manage the timing and delivery of said services.
